Hi guys,

I read the original thread and saw some disturbing posts and wanted to know why some you have singled me out and cast me in a negative light?

I noticed one person said I never responded to their email. This is my first day here and saw the Ke3d and realized you were discussing my tractor. I think that honesty is very important and I am curious as to your motives.

gws, did I respond to you? You said I did not. If you would like I will put my date and time stamped email I sent to you so everyone here can evaluate the honesty of your statement.

Did I answer you? Be careful, honesty is important. I will be happy to post my response but would rather you admit that I did respond to you.

Well, you asked me the following:

Well if honesty is so important to you then explain why you have two user names and have posted here before even though you say this is you first day here Robert?

IE your above statement:

"This is my first day here and saw the Ke3d and realized you were discussing my tractor. I think that honesty is very important and I am curious as to your motives."

Come on now, we all know you are the guy who came in and in essance said he had been picked on using your other user name tractorlet.

We never heard from you again after you said you were going to give us more information about the 3cyl swap into a 1500d. Seems you only come on the board when you feel you are being picked on and then you drift away after whining.

Here is the link to your earlier post:

<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=yanmar&Number=154765&page=3&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=>http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=yanmar&Number=154765&page=3&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=</A>

Now what are your motives? To stir the pot, whine and snivel, deceive us all and not give information you said you would? Heard this is the way you do business, but now you have pretty much confirmed it!

Let us know, we are all listening, but why don't you come out about who you really are and what you are up to if honesty is so important to you? Don't throw rocks if you live in a glass house buddy!

Now I am not saying that I am any better than you are, but I aint the one coming on this board whining about what is being posted here.

Hey, we talk about every tractor that we can think of here. You did answer my email, thanks for that. I wish I could have bought your machine. It looks good to me. Thanks and don't get mad. We have a lot of fun exchanging info and opinions. I hope you got a good price for your machine. bw

I only received 1 reply to 4 emails that were sent. At the time I posted my messages I had not receive any so my statement at the time I posted is still valid.

I still wonder how a "newer" tractor got into the US.

Brett,

He has it listed again on ebay, so the previous sale must have fell through. here is the link:

<A target="_blank" HREF=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1748674844>http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1748674844</A>

As any old ebayer will tell you "bidding and winning is one thing, actually getting is quite another" This guy has no feedback as a seller.

It appears that there is no reserve price though or it has been met already. Item closes on the 16th.

So tell us what his reply was to your questions, I know I am curious.

Yanmars are here because of things that happened to them in Japan. Could be age, a combination of small problems, emmissions, a large problem, etc. There are alot of reasons a tractor like this could be put into the container coming here. If it was a large failure the exporter may have had it fixed. There are lots of variables. Also just how old is this tractor?? How long have they been making the KE3d model? Everyone was suprised when the first F's came in too.

I'm not tractorlt and yesterday was the first time I have ever seen this thread or web site. Do a little research or know what you are talking about before you speak. Your the guy who called the Ke3d the latest and greatest right?

I did not come on here for any other reason than to correct a false statement made about my timely response to an email sent to me.

You seem to think you know who I am so I would ask you to tell me where I am and how you know me other than some post by tractorlet that you are attributing to me.

Never threw a stone but did get bothered when someone said I never responded to them when in actuality I did so the day he wrote. That is 100% honest.

You did receive a reply the day you wrote and were posting here without even giving me a few hours to respond. Is less than a day turn around not fast enough for you. Seems you were being a little disengenous (sp).

Here is the response I gave to you the day you wrote me:

>Hello,

>This tractor was cleared by U.S. Customs and the Agricultural >Dept. Please
>provide me with the code and section number you are relying >on. I will take
>a look at that and get back to you.

Did you ever respond? You said you sent 4 emails. If that is true lets see the header and date stamp. I responded to the one mail you sent me and never heard from you again. I posted my proof.

You state"I still wonder how a "newer" tractor got into the US."

Do some research, I am sure you can find out.

Actually, I have several things in transit or escrow that will receive feedback when closed. That tractor did not meet my reserve earlier so I chose not to sell it.

My feedback is new because I am new to ebay so what has that got to do with the price of tea in China. Are you insinuating that I sell and don't ship, because if you are I am glad you did so in writing. Please be careful about slanderous statements as I will save them.
