kill ALGAE in diesel fuel

I couldn't get ANY brand of biocide [specifically to kill algae], from local fuel / farm equipment dealers ... I'm in a small town of about 20,000 population ....
That particular brand I couldn't find in canada [just from using ebay and search engines], but I did find it in the US

10-4. Now I'm curious if the regs have changed on that class of product here...... at least we have internet options.

no idea of what the regulations are on that or any other product .. i just chose that brand and located it in the US, not available in canada, not even on amazon, lol
