Loaded app and it says my serial number doesn't exist 
They provide a toll free number (877-465-4684) and After a 10 minute hold got a recording to leave a message. They returned my call and told me the app is having problems with some serial numbers. He said that the next revision of the app will contain links for online operator and service manuals. Sounds like a good move on their part.
