Well, I could 100% be repeating bad info seen on several videos and from sevwral people; but the manual does specially say 85 gear oil; and makes no mention of a hydralic fluid being an option.
Book says '90w gear oil **or same as Transmission**' ie, the Mobil 424, etc..Well, I could 100% be repeating bad info seen on several videos and from sevwral people; but the manual does specially say 85 gear oil; and makes no mention of a hydralic fluid being an option.
Interesting, I'll check this evening. I have however seen several people who suggest early swap at 25/50 to gear oil. Now, they might be wrong, and if I remember right, book only calls for the fluid change at like 200?Book says '90w gear oil **or same as Transmission**' ie, the Mobil 424, etc..

Yeah, I saw that, but im gonna check my book as well, not that I dont believe it, but still gonna look. Also, there are several folks on YouTube that have talked about early replacement of the axle oil, to get that out and switch to gear oil. KIOTI CK2610 fluid advice
Hi, I made a post about purchasing a 2610 and we finally agreed upon a price and brought it home this past weekend. Any good recommendations for fluids? I wanted to change all of the filters and fluids to start off on the right foot. It has about 106 hours and I wanted to give it the 50/100...www.tractorbynet.com
Yep, Kubota udt and JD20c are on the label. AGCO, cnh and Massey too? Must be magical stuffYep, glad you shared that. Although Kioti doesn't list it this way, my understanding was anything that meets JD20C will work, and Napa/Travellers/whatever often list the JD and Agco specs.
i would love to see Kioti putting its name on the back of some of these bottles.
It would take some of the cross referencing mystery out of it.
I've got some Travelers in my garage for topping off type stuff.
