Having trouble with speed control pedal. when it is depressed moving forward it does not return and tractor does not stop until I depress the pedal to reverse. Dealer replaced cylinder cnnnected to pedal. Still no help
I'm assumingyou are still under warrenty with only 185 hours. I would talk to your dealer to have the problem fixed as replacing the cyclinder did not do the trick. Maybe something as simple as extra lubrication or adjustment.

Mousefield, I have the same thing going on with my CK35 2008 190hrs still under warrenty. Can you describe what adjustments and or lub? We have chatted before and you sound very knowledgeable on these things. Thanks Randy
I have not had this problem on my tractor but did a bit of rescerch on the Kioti Owners/Operators site. So copied some info from a couple of posts that might help.
The biggest culprit is the shaft and bushing going through the case.
The key is a good PENETRATING OIL, applied very liberally to the area between the trans case and the pedal so that the lube can can flow into that area and get on the shaft where it goes through the trans case.
You should also look and see if the pedal is at 90deg to the fitment below it.
When I had my Bobcat the service guy sprayed a ton WD40 on the return spring, later on a Bobcat engineer said that WD40 should not be used.
Here are some threads on the issue.
