Measure them. I don't think a CK35 will fit thru a conventional garage door with out lowering the ROPS. That becomes a PITA real quick. If you put a canopy on it, it might not fit even when it's folded.

Also check the lift capacities. CK's are not known for being real strong in that area.

If you want to add a BH later check the prices and what you need to add it....remotes, frame, etc

I went thru the same list you are less than a year ago, and went with the Mahindra 3016. It fits my garage, lifted more than the kioti and is Mitsubishi made...a big plus in my opinion.

I agonized over which to get for months. I went with the 3016 and have been exceedingly happy with it.

I don't think any tractor will fit through current garage door without folding down the rops. pole barn with higher door will be going up in the summer sometime hopefully. I was at kubota dealer yesterday and b3301 was 4k more than ck35 .

My Mahindra 3016 does. It's one of the reasons I bought it last summer.

My DK40 fits thru my garage door

You just need the right size door

I think the price on the ck35 is about right, local dealer here was asking about the same
I went out of state (next state over which only ended up being 60 miles) and got my DK40 for $20900
Like someone suggested you sound like you might want a grapple
The dealer wanted $1400 for the 3rd function and install, I did it myself for just the cost of the 3rd function kit
Posted a writeup on it in the Kioti forum if you are interested

My door is a typical 7Hx9W door. If there was a mouse on the tractor canopy, he'd get crushed, but the tractor fits.

I will definitely check out that third function write up. And grapple is definitely first on my list of implements .

I sat on a Mahindra 3016 recently and liked the size and feel of it. I didn't get to drive it but it sure seemed comfortable and well made. If I was looking at tractors in that general size, I'd certainly take a hard look at the 3016. The specs look good and a lot of users seem to really like it. Glad yours is meeting your needs and making you happy.

The Kioti won't fit through the garage door without lowering the ROPS, but the 9 footer on the polebarn is no problem!

For the size of your property, and the chores at hand, including a large food plot, I would strongly lean towards a 35Hp tractor. Choosing a brand is often of personal preferences, as they all offer the same basics. I would look for good ergonomics, compare true loader and 3PTH values, what engine is under the hood and its reliability and reputation. Also it is good to know how much adjustment is provided for the 3PTH linkages. How strong are they built? Is the steel cast, or pressed sheet metal...etc. Tractor ground height is almost allways missed as well. R1 tires offer more height vrs R4s. If you chose to go with R4 tires, make sure you have about three inches of space between tire and wheel well, for tire chains provisions. Since you have much grading, you will use your bucket extensively. Therefore, you won't regret opting for the HST transmission. Loader third function is a must as you seem to have already decided upon. Also, for your loader valve, make sure to get the "float" function(factory install). You will love it when grading, and doing your snow.
Try tractors at as many dealerships as possible. Lift and lower the loader while on the move, do the same with the 3PTH. See how fast they move, the tilting angle of the bucket is also important. When you scoop dirt, you want the maximum materiel to stay in the bucket while on the move. When dumping your load, you want all of it out quickly (most of the time) without any finicking. Many details to look for; as they will influence greatly your long term investment. Go to an LS dealer, their machines offer quite impressive features and performance, and they do pay attention to details. Great bang for the buck! Regardless of the loader you get, make sure it is a quick attach. Attachment interchangeabilty dictates it.
If you are not sure about something, keep the questions coming! T.B.N. membership is so varied, you will get tones of recommendations and help.
One last thing: do not let $1000 difference in pricing influence your purchase. A tractor is more than merely a toy. It is an instrument of hard labour!!
Good luck, and make sure to post pics of your new mount!:D

Amen to all of Woodchipper's observations. Lots of good things to consider.
