Kioti CK30HST loses hydraulic power

I wasn’t aware of a cross reference for the hydraulic or HST transmission filters on the CK30HST. Anyways make sure that you have the correct filter in the right spot, the numbers are close. Orange one pokes
through by your heel and the black one goes underneath. I’ll attach a picture of the filter numbers.
Thanks, i am pretty sure filters are corect. there is an old thread on here about filter cross reference which lists baldwin, wix and maybe some others that cross. In any case the problem started with the Kioti part number filters installed.

Do you have rear remotes.
Likely not your issue, but I saw very similar symptoms once on a friends tractor where the rear remote lever got bumped into detent and was stuck in the on position.
Low hydraulic power to the loader, then the oil would overheat and the loader and 3 point would lose all power.
Once noticed and the remote lever was flipped back to the neutral position everything worked fine.

You've diagnosed your problem already. You only need to add one and one.
Loss of hydraulic power and increased heat in the hydraulic system are clear indicators for relief valve failure. Get a new one and adjust it to specs and call it good.
Never trust any pre-settings. Before you start your tractor, back out the set screw.

I tried to order the relief valve and it is on backorder. what usually goes bad in the relief valve? it has two internal moving parts a spring and orings. no scoring is present on the moving parts. the orings are replaced since the problem started. does the spring weaken? I have tried the tractor with the relief adjustment fully in (highest pressure setting?) and no change in pressures.

Relief valve failures are typically something stuck on the seat where the poppet or ball rests. It does not take a very big piece of crud to hold the valve open slightly. Springs would NOT cause that significant of a change in pressure from cold to hot.
Does this relief have screw adjustment. If yes then would suggest loosen the adjustment fully (min setting) and operate the tractor forcing oil over the relief. This might flush any crud off the seat area if that is the problem. Then try resetting your pressure.
Another possible item of concern is does your valve have the power beyond feature feeding the 3 point hitch? If yes some models of valves have an insert adapter that also has an O-ring that separates high pressure from tank. If the O-ring fails it will allow oil to escape from pressure galley to tank galley.
When running your pressure tests does any part of the valve assembly seem to get worm or hot quicker than rest of the valve? If yes this also points towards the source of the flow leaking - pressure loss.
