I have a 2003 DK55 with 2600 hours. It hase been a real money pit. I now have an issue with the power steering. You can rotate the steering wheel as many times as you want when turning. When going is a straight line, you constantly have to correct with the wheel rotating one direction. This tractor has the earlier single acting hydraulic cylinders on the front axle so the problem can't be leaky seals. I see others have posted the same issue on smaller Kioti's. However, no one has ever diagnosed the problem. I see a few members state they finally just took the tractor to the dealer but never reposted the repairs made at the dealer. I believe there is an internal problem in the steering control valve. My repair manual tells you home to disassemble the unit but I do not believe parts are available.
