Bought an RX7320 last year. Lost the grapple and tore hydraulic lines, and thought it was my fault. I figured I didn't engage the pin all the way.
Fast forward a few months. We are religious about making sure the QD levers are fully locked and engaged. Used the grapple to drag some brush back, then lifted the grapple to find the one side off the loader arm, and the other dangling. The pin arm (the thing that pushes the pin down) was bent and the grapple would not come off. I eventually got it mounted on both sides and drove home. Had to unbolt the lever and apply percussive maintenance to get it off.

So one pin completely disengaged, and the other hung on but ended up bending the mounting plate of the tractor's quick detach. Notice how the grapple is away from the back plate? That's due to the bent QD.
The grapple was on the ground, so no hoses got damaged this time. I was running low speed and lightly dragging small branches through sandy soil. No way it was overstressed. I had a Kioti bucket disengage, also.
I found another topic here from someone with nearly the identical experience; I did not post to it because it's an old thread. Something is not right with the design on the RX7320. I've never been comfortable with the way the pins engage. It always seems shallow to me, no matter if it is the Kioti buket, my pallet forks or a grapple. All measure nearly the same.
I called my dealer and as soon as I mentioned the issue the service guy said it wasn't covered, but I should call Kioti. My sense is he has heard it before.
Any thoughts? How far should those pins engage? My old tractor did not have a QD, so this is new to me. Are there any aftermarket options out there that will do better than what seems to me a Kioti design flaw?
