Jump out the seat safety switch. Use a scraped clean paper clip in the tractor side of the seat switch harness and jump out the switch. The seat safety switch controls the "shut-off" solenoid through the Power Shuttle Controller / Safety Controller. We would recommend trying the seat switch jumper first.I'm going to rescind my previous thought about your fuel solenoid.
A 2017 is a common rail engine so your fuel is going to be computer controlled by the EMU.
Without a diagnostic tool to read what the EMU/ECU is trying to do and then going from there you are going to have fun guessing at what to do.
Some software and diagnostic programs are available they are expensive and anything that will let you change or "tune" any programing will likely come from out of the country, in other words out of the reach of the EPA.
Hope this helps.
