KIOTI Tiller RT2042

There is a Kioti 3 point hitch tiller on my local Craigslist for sale. It's a model RT2042. The asking price is $1700. Being only 42 inches wide, I think it would be a good match for my Kubota BX25D, which has 17.4 HP at the PTO. It looks to be very lightly used, and in nice shape. I was just wondering if anyone had any history with a KIOTI tiller? Is the asking price fair? Do the Kioti tillers perform well? Are they built to last?

I may be mistaken but I think Kioti implements are made by Woods and rebadged. The specs seem to line up between both models.
