Kioti vs Aftermarket Backhoe

There was no plumbing ro do on the rhino with subframe I'm not sure what you mean it can only go on one way and I have put over 300 hours on it an totally satisfied and I'm sure the kioti is a fine backhoe but the facts are the rhino has more reach

And by the way as far as digging stumps it does that fine as long as your not doing 8 or 9 a day you'll be shocked with it's capability. My bro has a duck hunting area and wanted to put in 6 new underground pits I dug all six and he has always had a full size backhoe do it he told me this rhino did the job nearly as fast if not as fast because the smaller tractor is quicker getting feon spot to spot

I've been very happy with my Woods BH90x. It has a different subframe system thank the Kioti so it has a greater ground clearance and the subframe stays on the tractor so the dismounted BH is more compact. Not huge differences but points to consider. Also I have a manual thumb on mine but would advise either getting the hydraulic thumb or putting the money towards a grapple. Not a fan of manual thumbs as you need to dismount to adjust or stow them.

Get a ripper attachment for any backhoe that will be used for significant tree or stump clearance. WAY more efficient than using a bucket and causes much less disruption of the surrounding ground.

I was considering the woods 90 when I bought mine. I liked the woods it came down to a highly scientific decision , I flipped a coin. And the rhinos subframe stays connected also but I do wish it had more g clearance

I agree with your logic completely. If you like the Rhino then get it BUT carefully check the Kioti warranty restrictions regarding any aftermarket attachments and possible damage to your tractor resulting in VOIDING your tractor's warranty. It's unlikely that that would occur, but it is in the fine print of the warranty coverage, so buyer beware.
And from my POV, the Kioti backhoe will do what you need forever without straining it one bit. Other than use of my tractor(s) and hoe I have NO ties to Kioti on any level.

I will double check on the warranty but the only limitations I have heard so far are that the hoe is to be subframe mounted, most companies will not warranty damage caused to the tractor by a 3pt hoe.

From Kioti's online website:" C. The General and Extended Warranties do not cover the following:"..."Damage caused by the use of any non-KIOTI front-end loader, backhoe, attachment, implement, accessory or part."

Now I'm having trouble getting quotes on backhoes from any implement dealers around here, they are no longer answering my emails, probably they are p***ed off at me for saying I am wanting to buy a Kioti rather than their brands which I got quotes on earlier. A JD dealer is listed as a dealer of Rhino backhoes but they claim their backhoes only fit their tractors which is complete bull.

Huh, oh well I will still look into other brands, I'm sure I wouldn't break anything while it is still under warranty anyways, that wouldn't be my kind of luck, it would be the day after the warranty expires and boom, catastrophic failure, lol.
