kioti warranty

Trust me on this.... Kioti does monitor this board closely. When I was having some small issues with the initial delivery of my tractor and I posted these issues on here, it was not long before my dealer contacted me about things I was saying on here. They watch this site closely. I was personally told this by a supervisor at Kioti. My experience with Kioti service was excellent. They got everything handled quickly. I have no problems at all with Kioti's response to issues. Another plus with Kioti is when you do decide to call you actually get a hold of a person that has the authority to get something done. I was very impressed with that.

I looked at the other orange units along with some red, blue and green ones. In the end, obviously, I was not afraid to buy a Kioti. . I too have had no problems what-so-ever (knocking on wood), but I doubt I would have any trouble if I called Rick.

I had 1 warranty issue 4 years ago when I first got my tractor.
I had a small leak on a loader tilt cylinder.
Called the dealer,he ordered a seal kit. On a day I didn't need the tractor I took the tilt cylinder only to the dealer. Seal kit was installed on the spot while I checked out new machines on the lot.
I was fixed up in about 1/2 hour and on my way. No fuss, no questions asked, no down time waiting on my machine.
Dealer worked with me to make everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Dealer also offered to do the repair on an evening or even a Sunday if it fit better into my schedule.
I was quite pleased with the way it was handled.
The tractor itself has never been back to the dealer for warranty work (never needed any).

I have been Quiet on issue but will voice opinnon
I been a Dealer since 1999 and Kioti has always been over fair on warrenty.
They do use a flat rate which is fair in most cases but they
have gone far beyond that in many cases.
This problem is more with Dealer,
I would give the custom something instead up making custom
unhappy
Unhappy custom is not good for me or Kioti.

To INDEBT, don't pass up the Kioti CK30 just because of one questionable dealer. I've had mine for 9 months with 80 hours now. It has performed flawlessly for me. Two minor problems at time of purchase were quickly handled. One was some rust pits in the rod of a lift cylinder for the fel and a crack in the vinyl of the seat. The cylinder had a new rod installed and the entire seat was replaced in just over a week. You can't ask for much more than that.
As many have said, it's the dealer here that is causing the problem. I'm sure once someone at Kioti who has the power to make things happen gets notified, he or she will have a discussion with the dealer and the problem will be solved. Headachers needs to make as many calls as needed to Kioti until he finds that person. Granted, this shouldn't be necessary, but you have a dealer who doesn't play by the rules. Don't let this one incident damage the Kioti brand or the many GOOD dealers who sell them.

Hi All,
Maybe I have missed something here... Kioti did not take too much time to fix this problem, the dealer is the one. Yet I still don't know who the dealer is... All I see is Kioti getting raked through the coals for upholding and performing according to their agreement with their dealers. This dealer knows what the policy is with Kioti and he is bound to live with it. There will be times when he makes money on flat rate and there will be times that he will lose. I would not charge a customer for going over flat rate time.
Headacher, sit back and wait to see what comes of this. I would not be surprised if you are not contacted by the dealer very soon. Kioti likes to have the dealer take the lead even when they are working from the backround.
Good Luck,
KiotiDave

Tractorhill and kiotidave, I couldn't agree with you guys more. You guys are about as on top of what I perceive the situation to be as is possible. I'm obviously not adding anything here except my agreement, but I wait to see if things don't work out as we expect.

Dargo,

VERY well said!

Before i bought my Kioti, i was going to buy the a different brand of tractor. However the dealer tried to gouge me for more on the interest rate that was clearly stated on the manufacturers site. I sent an em to the other manufacturer about the problem informing them that i was not going to pay more money and that i was no longer going to attemt to purchase their product. Well.....i never heard back from them. They lost a 22K deal.
I am more than happy with my CK30 and my dealer. This just proves that ANY dealer can give their respective brand a bad name. I would like to see Headachers post more specific information on both the Dealer in question and the Kioti contact.
