Kioto dk40se electrical parts/issues

I have briefly read some of the electrical issues with these tractors.. I just purchased a 2009 dk40se and I absolutely love it. I have noticed that the headlight switch/turn signal switch isn't perfect and if you don't get it just right then the lights wont come on. I assume a new switch will resolve the problem. Is there any place I can order parts from online? I don't feel like going to a dealer way down the road if I have the option of ordering and paying a little shipping. I have also noticed that the ignition switch will occasionally not engage when turning the key as it appears to travel past the ignition point just by a little. Both of these seem like minor issues although they can be annoying, but I just hope I can find the parts online somewhere or even a wiring diagram would be great. Anybody know how the headlamp switch is attached...?

If your 2009 is like my 2011 you should be able to pop out the switch. I often knocked mine out be accident until I cut off the turn signal lever as shown in this thread:

Removing the clam shell for the ignition switch is trickier but koua gave the solution in this thread:

I could not figure how to disengage the top clips but remembered his thread, which likely prevented me damaging the clips.

A shot of fluid film in my ignition switch fixed it a couple of years ago without replacement. I wonder if a shot in that lamp switch would fix it too if you could get it in there. All of those switches would be easy to replace, but I would try lubing them up first.. Just the way I roll.

FF is a lanolin based lube/protectorant You can buy it in many places. It is good for a lot of farm/tractor related applications. I keep finding uses for it. Most of the Lowes now carry it, as supposedly the John Deere dealers.
If you can't find it locally you can buy it from Amazon. But it should be a bit cheaper locally. I first heard about it years ago from the DR. power equipment people. I finally asked for a sample from the manufacture and have been hooked on it ever since.
