Not a bad idea. I'll add that to the list. I thought about just driving into the pond.

Be certain to not buy one of the big box store extinguishers.
They have cheap plastic valves/handles, that are prone to breaking.

That Smokey guy is one very intelligent bear!

The JD 110 machine was actually made by Yanmar and is comparable to the L45 I believe so the OP might want to look at Yanmar machines too. I looked at a JD 110 prior to purchasing my L45 but there was no easy way to add options to the JD 110 and the machine the dealer had was not equipped the way I wanted mine. With Kubota you can add any accessory you want later as your need and budget require.

Having owner the Kubota B21, B26 and finally the L45 I can say they were all great machines and of course bigger is better in my opinion! Any one of them will doing a lot of hard work but I wanted the digging depth of the L45 it just took me three financial steps to get there.
