KL130 on a CK30 Problem

   / KL130 on a CK30 Problem #71
Dear Friends - At present I also have a KL130 on my CK25. Purchase this in June of this year. Can anybody post any pictures of the older model KL130 that was supposed to be replaced or the newer model replacing it? If not, just tell me where to go to find them.

Have given the CK25 & Loader a pretty good workout, I think, and haven't really looked for any cracks. But that doesn't mean an older type loader wasn't installed before I bought it? Have about 75 hrs on unit. Overall satisfactory.

What say ye? Any assistance would also be appreciated. Thank you for this excellent forum & members!

If you have a solid tube as part of the torque tube and it extends through the side arms of the loader then you have the B or newer version of the loader.

To check for cracks you need to remove the inspection plate. Six machine screws. No biggie but be careful if you try to do it with the loader elevated...make sure you block the loader so it doesn't accidently fall on you.

Look earlier in this thread, there is a poster, HODAK, who upgraded his arms to fix the problem and he posted pictures of the new and old arms. I used his picture of the cracks in my post.

Much obliged Jim. I beginning to get the picture. It appears that the loader arms have been a problem for some time. Seems like Kioti has made an attempt to provide a repair kit before realizing that it didn't cut the mustard.

My CK25 does have the New Design and like I said does not show any signs of stress fractures, AS YET. Time will tell, as I surmise that a lot of factors come into play over time. Metal fatique, metal composition, the twisting, hydralics applied, etc. Lot of forces applied while its in use. Just have 75 hrs so far, and it gets scary some times when you go to lift an object an only the end of bucket, not entire bucket catches the Load.

Hope the New Design does work out and Kioti comes through for those looking for answers & solutions?

BTW - The Kioti KL130 Operator' Manual that came with the Loader was printed in Korea Feb 2006. Shows the earlier parts, etc. Loader for CK25, 30 tractors.

Happy Thanksgiving & Best Regards to all
