KL6010 - uneven loader arms

Do you think this issue pertains just to the KL6010 loaders? Reason I ask is because I've noticed my loader arms uneven on my CK2510(KL2510)
seems like one side of the bucket hit before the other side on even pavement. I've also noticed a popping noise from the right loader arm, did anyone notice that on theres?

Anything manufactured can be subject to some sort of misstep. I'd think that the processes of construction would be similar in their loaders.

Check with your dealer. First, however, I'd look to take some quick measurements to see if you could spot what would be an obvious build issue (rules out twisted loader arms due to [ab]use). Might look to start up a separate thread just like I did, hoping to attract the attention of others with KL2510 loaders: post pictures; scan the Internet and look for pictures that others have that might indicate a similar issue. Do make a note here referencing that thread: I'd like to follow it. And if you do find that it's a manufacturing defect this thread might help add some weight to the notion that Kioti needs to do a bit more QA on their loaders.

Is there a serial number on the loader tag? That may be a way to indicate if there is a certain range of the problematic loaders. Mine is in the shop currently or I would look at mine.

Yes, there are serial number plates on these loaders. I didn't note what my original loader's serial number, I wish that I had. However, how this all works is that under warranty work everything has to be documented, which most certainly, I'd think, means that Kioti is noting what serial numbers are being affected here. I'm going to see if my purchase documentation has it listed: if it does then I'd like to find out whether the dealer has the new loader's serial number properly registered.

Sorry I didn't mean to hijack this thread. I havent thought about it much till I read this thread, but I will definitely look into and take some measurments. Thanks

Glad to hear all your issues were resolved. Well, I've talked to the dealer and he's brought it up with his service manager. Waiting on what they're plan of action will be. With the uneven loader I can't back drag a pile dirt evenly. Not to mention it bugs my OCD not having it run parallel to the brush guard line.

No, no problem. Just thought that for better visibility (to catch others with similar model) to start up a thread on it (people may not be searching, so seeing the topic pop up might catch their eye).

I can totally relate to the OCD comment!

No doubts as to whether Kioti will get you straightened out (ugh, pun!). Post updates.

Tractor is back from the dealer's. New loader. Original was welded incorrectly (off by 1 1/2"?). So, first big test on the responsiveness for resolving this issue and I'll have to give high marks.

Anyone else finding that their loader arms are also askew should get a hold of their dealer ASAP and get a replacement loader.

Here's how things now look from the cockpit:

Glad they got you fixed up, looks perfect.

Took some pics and measurements today, it appears mine is 1/4" lower on the right side. I'll probably start a new thread in reference to ck2510 owners but wanted to post here first. Do y'all think that is enough difference to contact my dealer and try and get resolved? I'm like others , OCD lol
