Anyone that has the newer Kioti KM2560 mower deck having leveling issues, left to right? When I set the height adjustment rod for example to 3.5 inches, the left side (side with the adjustment rod) will be close, but the right side will drop another inch plus causing a "stepped" mowing appearance. I have tried adjusting the j bolt on the opposite side to try and compensate. Only way I can get it to cut right is to drop the deck to the stop (height adjustment rod) and the then raise the deck till the deck is level by appearance only, not very user friendly. Is that just the way these mowers are?

I have the same tractor with the same problem. Our CK2510 was delivered with the km2560 mounted. The deck was not level front to back which we fixed but I cannot determine how to cure the right side low issue. In addition the deck is not high enough to engage the transport lock. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? What did you do?

I just got the same tractor and mine, too, does the same thing. Did you get any help resolving this?

Still no resolution on the deck. Have you heard anything?

If you just got it, you might consider taking it back to the dealer to have them fix it. It's likely more than a few folks have had the same issue, and it's been reported to Kioti corporate. The techs there should have the fix by now....if a fix is available.

My CX2510 with KM2560 mower already installed was delivered from the dealer this week.

The first thing I noticed was that the mower deck was not level, with the right side noticeably lower. I attempted to raise the right side using the right-side leveling bolt, but the deck appeared to be too far out of adjustment for the leveling bolt to make any significant difference.

While inspecting it further, I noticed the support arm of the mower subframe on the right side was extremely close to the loader valve. It appeared that further raising of the deck could potentially cause contact with the loader valve, so I returned the leveling adjustment to its original position.

I then noticed that on the left side of the tractor, above the left-side leveling bolt, material appears to have been removed from the mower subframe support arm with an angle grinder. I compared this area to Orchard Hill’s CX2510CH mid-mount mower video, and the support arm on my tractor does not appear to match the normal configuration shown there.
