KOYKER Loader won't lift

I have a YTO 40HP tractor with about 85 hours. It has a fairly new Koyker Loader on it. All of a sudden one day it won't lift...IDK??? I opened all the lines one at a time and worked the controls and fluid squirted out so I can't figure out why it won't lift.......

check ALL qd fittings. one may be loose.

if nothing, and your pump is making 'FLOW' out of the pressure port. get a t and put a pressure gauge in line.

I have checked the fittings. How much pressure should it have?

most ag setups are around 2500 psi at relief. or thereabouts.... loader valve may be set uder master relief on tractor pump. depends on setup.

Is your three point hitch lifting? Put something heavy on it. If it lifts your pump has at least some pressure.

Pressure is determined by load.

If you have a hyd gage, plug it into one of the loader lines and activate the lever momentarily.

The gage will show relief pressure.

Check your manual for relief pressure.
