It's the ANBO GR-S series. I would not want one any bigger than it is now on there. I researched users with them and they all agreed that it was a quality piece of equipment. 6 inch spacing on teeth, 66 inches wide.

Yes I understand and they are well built. The GRM that I have is 66" with 6" spacing and it weighs under 400# just to give you and Idea of how much lighter it is.

Where did they save so much weight? Is it the type of metal they use? I'll have to check the site again. Thanks.

I have some issues with my operator presence control. Sometimes when I lean foward to give it gas it will "tick" and the engine starts to die. I've got about 21 hours on my new L5040 and love it to death. When are you going to do the first engine oil change? I'im thinking 25 hours and then 100.

When we went to check out our L3940 before delivery my wife, the farm manager,
wanted to give it a test drive and it immediately died ever time she hit the
pedal, even after a couple of adjustments it just wouldn't go with her in the
seat, so he made a change that he couldn't talk about.

If you look at the 2 side by side I would say a lot of the weight is in the depth of the tines. I dont know how thick the tines on your Anbo is but mine are 1/2" on the ends and I think 3/8 in the middle tines.

I'm leaning towards making the same change on my 4240.

I don't have very many hours on it yet but so far the only few things I would like to see would be a light on the dash to tell you when you're in 4wd, the lever is kind of awkward to see and I'm always going in and out of 4wd so not to tear up the gravel driveway (ag tires). The rear diff lock should be a little more than a round bar bent at an angle. It works fine although one time I stepped on it a little too hard and the seat switched momentarily killed the engine.

The cruse control lever baffles me. It looks like it's a simple switch yet it has this long sweeping motion to engage it, just not sure why. It works fine. I graded the drive way with cruse and just varied the throttle to account for going up and down the steep hills.

I love the high low speed on the column. I find I use that a lot more than expected and now I have the auto throttle cable adjusted correctly (at least I think it's how it should be) I use it any time I'm driving the tractor from place to place.

So far all the minuses are very small nitpicky things.
