You really should get into the habit of putting that ROPS up. Its there to protect you.

I believe he made mention that it was only down as he justtook it out of the garage and it had to clear the door... It was primarily to get a few pics to share with everyone...

However, I did read somewhere how many deaths were from rollovers of CUTs and Sub CUTS... Really made me aware of how careful one should be...

The first time I used my machine I had a loaded FEL, went down a hill and didn't have it in 4x4... Need I say more... Scared the bageeesus out of me....

I learned quickly that I could die on this thing if I don't respect and think about what I'm doing... Nonetheless, I'm still here after 6 months of use....

Regards,,

Phil

With vbar four link ladder chains consider running a diagonal chain section between each ladder. It will really smooth out the ride. I did this a few weeks ago and my back has been saying thanks ever since.:D

I will try that after I take out one cross chain - thanks for the tip

What a cool idea. Would you recommend this also for a non-vbar ladder design?

I think it would work for any type of ladder chain.

The idea was not mine but gotten at a small engine repair shop where I bought the front 2 ladder chains for the tractor.:D
