Kubota B2320
I have a Kubota B2320 that I purchased new in 2010. I have never had a 3 pt. problem before. However, now the three point settles to the ground more often than not, even while running. I know most equipment will settle when not running, but this will do it even while running making if very dangerous. This does not always happen, but has become a real nuisance as I cannot continue to turn around to check it constantly. I have read previous threads stating that this is not a fixable issue as it was an engineering issue. I find this hard to believe as I have never had this issue before. Contacting my local dealer ( I have moved since the purchase), they inform me it could be several different issues and or several different seals causing the problem.

I cannot afford to have them service it right now but I am not sure which seals to order to have a friend that is a mechanic fix it for me. I do have a shop manual and have been lead to believe it should just be the back-up ring and O ring near the piston. I am looking for assistance as I just don't have a lot of money to be guessing. I have always had it serviced professionally before and it has been meticulously taken care of and kept inside. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Try closing the 3-pt rate valve under the seat completely and see if that stops the problem from happening. That will give some valuable debugging information. If the leak is upstream of the valve, closing the valve would eliminate the problem. If the leak is downstream of the valve, it will still settle down with the valve closed. That information, combined with a schematic or knowledge of the hydraulic system, will narrow things down considerably.

Having tried that, the 3 pt stayed in place and did not lower. I tried it running and not running.

OK, so you have now narrowed down the place of the leak/problem, but it will require studying a schematic of the hydraulics, or maybe parts diagrams, to figure out what to debug next.
