Hello, all. I haven't been on in a while. Work and winter have kept me off the tractor for several months. But with spring comes a new batch of leaks and problems. I went out the other day and found myself confronted with three new leaks that weren't there last fall. I usually put the baby in the shed for the winter, but this year, I had some major projects in there, and there simply wasn't room.
Anyway, one of the leaks was pretty straightforward, and I already have it covered. One of my hydraulic cylinders on the loader has a bad seal so it's hemorrhaging fluid all over the place. But I know how to take care of that. It's the other two I'm nervous about.
The easier of the two (I think) is in the rear axle. I think it's an oil seal. What I don't know is how to replace it. I suspect I'm going to have to remove the rear axle case, and get to it from the inside. But, again, I don't know how to do it. The service manual is no help at all, and I can't find a youtube video to help (which was a big surprise in itself). I've included a photo with an arrow indicating exactly where the leak is, just in case I'm barking up the wrong tree.

The last one has me very intimidated. Partly because of where it is, and partly because I have no idea what I'm even looking at. It's in the transmission, but that's all I got (sorry). I was able to track it down by spraying and cleaning the area, then waiting for the leak to show itself, which took all of about ten seconds. It's pretty substantial. The thing is, I have no idea what I'm even looking at, let alone how to repair/replace it. Again, the service manual is absolutely no help, and since I don't even know what I'm looking at, I can't really search for it. So I'm hoping someone can help me out. Here are photos of the leak. The view is from below and toward the rear of the transmission looking forward. The star thing is just for reference after I zoom in. The arrow is the round, rubbery gasket/diaphragm thing that I can't identify, which is where the leak is. I feel kind of dumb, but I'm clueless on this one.

Thanks for any help or advice. I'm completely lost this time.
