Kubota B3300SU...good tractor?

Does anyone have a photo of the optional pin-on "Quick Coupler" bucket assembly?

Here is a link to full discussion on the topic. In particular read post#31 by member Jim Wilson. The Kubota SSQA was not available when The B3300 came out, so I have the Kubota proprietary pin on QA. Works well for my forks changeover. The Kubota SSQA for the newer B2650 and B3350 (and I think 2601) will fit the LA504 loaders and several other previous models. I would prefer the new Kubota SSQA over the pin on as you can use SS style FEL bucket/attachments. However, unless you are going to buy a new bucket then you will be using the Kubota Q/A for your pin on bucket. It works fine.

Btw, photo was from my previous B2920 LA364 loader with q/a...since traded in for B3300...and is exact same Q/A bracket and part# for the B3300 LA504 q/a loader as well.

I bought the optional pin-on "Quick Coupler" bucket. A mistake. I work 40% in the woods. A pin was snagged by brush and pulled out. One side of the bucket de-coupled, structural parts on the FEL bent and it was $1,200 to repair. Fortunately, I had Kubota sponsored KTAC insurance, so I only paid $250 deductible.

When the tractor was returned I replaced the QC pins with bolts and ny-lock nuts.

Others have shared my unfortunate experience with the pin-on QC bucket in woods work.

So, if you were using bolts & nylock nuts rather than the pins that pretty much eliminates the Quick part of the QA. Why even bother having it then? Wouldn't it make more sense at that point to remove it all together and save the extra 4" distance from the pivot pins?

I don't do much in the bush with mine but if I was back and forth a lot in one day from bucket/forks, I often wouldn't bother with the retainer clip and never once had any indication that the pins were trying to back out.

"The B3300SU is the only 'B' with big wheels" The negative is makes it tippy...what are the benefits of the larger tires?

Main complaints I have heard about the B3300 and it's brother B3200 is that the engine is a bit rough and vibration can be an issue for the operator -- it is a fairly big 4-cyl in a smaller tractor, which may be why.
