That won't happen and Kubota knows it.

I would lose my mind if that happened to me and the dealer was playing tiddly winks while my work wasn't getting done. What protection does the consumer have ? If it was a car it would be a pretty simple lemon law case. There must be something that can be done for the people who have been ripped off by Kubota.

I wrote to kubota to see if they had any policies regarding the reduced value ( no dealers will trade) and basically I was told pound sand. Of course it was said nicely but the end result was the same.

At this point it is the perception that has become reality. Once the latest level software is installed in the ECM of the B3350’s that we service we have not seen or heard of them again. An admittedly small sample of machines, but that is what we are seeing.

I have had no problems in the last four years and have kept a record of all the regens. Most of my use is plowing or blowing snow. I have the kubota issued winter front and the shorter snorkel for snow ops. Runs like a new machine and I have not had to do a parked regen. I am getting along in age and really want to downsize as the implements I use on the 3350 are getting heavier to manhandle. I would be willing to consider an offer that reflects the lower value but the dealers around here won’t even make an offer. Sad situation.

That's not the case here.

Failures have continued to occur even with latest firmware and all other updates.
