Kubota B6000

Good suggestion on the expansion of the wheels. Does this model expand as well?

Of all of the kubota compacts I went to look at, they all had the hexagonal rear axle with the ability to change the track of the rear wheels by loosening a nut and pulling out the retainer pin. I cant say for sure if your 6000 has it, but all the machines I looked at did.
I always have my rear wheels set out at the furthest setting which gives me about 50 inches outside edge to outside edge.

I think you're going to be impressed with that 6000 if you decide to buy it.

I made up a tipping transport box for mine and it has made the kubota one of the most versatile tools I own.

It is my understanding that there is a US version and a Grey market version of the B6000. I really do not know the differences between the two, but it is one of the rare instances where a japanese tractor and a US model share the same model number.

If in fact there is an import / Grey Market version of the B6000, I stand corrected. But owning one, I did do a lot of research and spent a lot of time with the local Kubota dealer and I have to say, this is the first time I have heard of this.

But I have been wrong in the past and I am sure there will be a few more times in the future!!!!

I know for a fact that my friend has a B6000 and it was built not to be imported into the USA, but managed to get here anyway. All of the writing on the machine, such as lever marking etc are in one of those funny languages that use something besides English to spell things out. Trust me, it is definitely a grey market tractor. If more were made under the B6000 nameplate, that is another story, but his is a grey market tractor.

The grey market is a B6001.
