I thought the newer Kubby's had real headlights as in Halogen instead of the filament flashlight bulbs my M's have?

Mine are a 2012 L3200 and a 2008(?) L4240HSTC. Never looked to see what bulbs are used. The 4240 light housings look neat, but don't make decent light where it's needed. Perhaps the newer ones are different.

Try searching for LED Foglights. Lots are 4"

Double check that link I posted, takes me right to the Larson page... either way, the 4" light is a common size for big rig tail lights, work lights, and such, as well as ag equipment. Keep looking, you will find a replacement that fits.

I will look some more today and then remove the lightbar. I needed it yday so it worked for my purpose but its not good for a permanent install.

spirostats - The headlights on my 2003 B7500 HSD-R are not sealed beam. They use an 1156 (BA15s) bulb. There are many LEDs that will work in the sockets, however many (most?) are too long to fit into the housing. These are what I am currently using:

They are not great, but are better than OEM. There are probably brighter ones available now, just be careful on the length.

Spirostats - I like the frame shape. How did you make the bends in that heavy flat stock? You did a good job making them the same for both sides.

If it's like ours was, the whole housing was junk. I replaced it with a pair of LED lights:

As far as bending the metal....no special technique. I made a mock up using a thick aluminum wire and kept checking the angle little by little as I was bending it on my harbor freight 20 ton press which is equipped with a "swag offroad" brake.
I want to thank everyone for their suggestions. I ordered the headlights and will later put the lightbar somewhere else to use as an auxilary. I will update this when I figure out where. In the mean time I fabricated a hook mount for the bucket. Here it is ...
PS I also added another angle brace on the other side for symmetry ......I have a "slight" case of OCD ...
