Well, after two days of sleeping, on Thursday morning my tractor decided to wake up. I went out Thursday morning, put the key in the ignition as I had the last two days and it fired up like nothing was ever wrong!!
Frustrating, I had not had a chance to do anything to it yet but it didn't need it. Still have no idea what is going on with it. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Your issue sounds similar to what I experience with my B2910. Usually about every 10th start, it will just click. It only happens after I have been running it hard. Usually when I've been mowing for about 2 hours and then shut her down is when it happens. I'll shut it down, take a water break, and then when I go to restart, I get "click". I'll usually try cranking about 5 times before she'll start. Pump the clutch a few times, turn the key, and after about 5 tries, it'll usually start. This never happens when the tractor is cold and has been sitting. I asked the previous owner about it, and he said he had the same issue, but it would usually start after a few tries.
I'm not sure what the cause of my issue is, but I'm certain it is heat related. It sounds like your's might be heat related as well.

It sounds like your problem specifically, and maybe the original poster's as well, could be the result of your tractor suffering from the dreaded "click-click no start" syndrome. This apparently is common and caused by problems with the contacts in the safety circuit. They either wear, get dirty, or slightly out of adjustment while still making contact. The net result is that excessive voltage is dropped across each contact that has a problem, with the net result being there is not enough voltage reaching the starter solenoid to cause it to close. So it just clicks.
The solution is to install and interposing relay. This relay is energized by the safety circuit. Contacts of this relay feed battery voltage directly to the starter solenoid. The reason it works is because the relay coil requires much less current to operate than the starter solenoid, so more voltage reaches the relay coil then reaches the starter solenoid in the original circuit.

I made this fix to my BX2200 and the problem I was having disappeared completely. If you do the same thing I believe yours will too.
Edit: The key is the click-click sound. If there is no click-click sound, then a switch may be failing or going totally out of adjustment, which is a different issue.
