Something else you might want to check out is the ease of putting on and taking off the attachments. While I have seen pictures and read of people who have never taken off their attachments, I can't even imagine trying to mow with the loader and backhoe on, or trenching and backfilling with the mower deck on. I have an older BX22 model, and the backhoe and loader are pretty easy on and off. Not so much the mower deck with back problems and arthritis. I now have a zero turn mower and the BX deck sets in the corner of the shop.

I don't have a MMM for my tractor. I bought a B7100 with a MMM to mow one property, and a ZTR for the others. I have a SSQA on the loader bucket that I drop off when it is not needed, but the loader arms always stay on. Unless I need the 3 ph I leave the backhoe on for Ballast. When I do need to remove the backhoe it takes about 5 minutes. Putting the 3 ph arms back on takes longer.

Yep my thinking going in was u don't want to be swapping out a MMM and my space is too tight for a rear mower. A year and a half later bought a zero turn. Happy to have both and no change out. My problem is my parking space means I have to move one to get to the other. Oh life is hard.
