Ordered the pallet forks from Everythingattachments Friday morning, they shipped that afternoon, and arrived today from NC. They were shipped assembled on a skid, but I dissasembled them to load into the truck. The forks weigh around 50 lbs each and the frame is around 125 lbs so it isn't too bad to move by hand.

These are the Construction Attachments brand. After ordering I noticed theyEverything Attachments Compact Pallet Forks with 42" Tineshave their own brand from Ansung and sent off an email asking the difference. Never got a reply so it remains a mystery. From the image I prefer the CA design anyway.

They look nice and will be a good match for your tractor.

I didn't see the email, but they're pretty much the same if you look at them side by side. The CA forks are actually 20 pounds lighter than the ETA forks, so if you talked to me when ordering, I probably recommended them for your L3200.

Used them today and got a lot of work done. Moved a bunch of old logs left behind by the hacker - I mean logger - who last worked the place. Then put the tines closer together to move rocks. This is not a rock I would be moving by hand very easily.
