Kubota issue with high idle/ running rich

I have a kubota compact dump loader model KC51

With a small gas Kubota engine model GH170-1-E2-GCLY

It has a mikuni carb

When I inspected the machine I found that the thottle was seized wide open bad and the thottle cable was also seized and junk.

I have un-seized the thottle and replaced the cable and thottle control.

Now the machine runs rich?

I opened the carb and its very clean looks new.

Thought it was cause the air breather was off but nope it makes no differance.

I'm quessing it has to do with idle mixture/ fuel mixture but on these carbs theres retarted nipple things and only one top scew.

What is the default mixture and where are the mixture scews

Does the carb have a float? Is the float have a hole in it, or if its a foam float, has it soaked up gas and is to heavy? Is the float level set correctly? I'm just guessing here.

Hey thanks for the replys where is the repair thread? Things on this site are hard to find and i keep geting attacked by malware when entering this site?

and the float is plastic no holes you cannot set these floats.
