Thanks for letting me know, i assumed they had gone to pilot control on all functions. I’ve got a 2016 Volvo ec60e and all functions are pilot operated.

I agree with 4570 very good odds it’s a fault with the pilot lockout system. However if we take the OP’s description literally at his word that “nothing works “ including the mechanically operated functions there must be another issue.
These mechanically operated functions are not locked out with the pilot lockout system, only the pilot operated valves are prevented from working. As Hayden says in his post above at least some of the mechanically operated functions are locked out mechanically with the safety lever up , so it would still have to be in the down position.
On 4570’s newer 040 machine all functions are pilot controled (no mechanically operated valves) and therefore all are locked out with the pilot lockout system when safety lever is raised.
If the Op is correct that ALL functions do not work including the 2or 3 mechanically controlled valves that are not locked out with the pilot lockout system it would indicate that something besides the pilot lockout system is at fault. Could be the the engine to pump coupler let go which would definitely shut down All functions as the Op claimed.
Wish the op would give us some more info like how many hours the machine has or if he actually tested ALL functions 🤔
At which point, it's time to break out a pressure gauge and hook up to various test ports to see what's going on.

Hope the original poster posts the solution to his prolbem so we can all learn more.. Having just gone through what he is talking about i want to know his experience

I was in my KX121-3 and tried the various experiments we have been talking about. I remembered some of it correctly, but not all of it.

With the safety lever up, the track controls are physically locked so they can't move. The boom and rotation controls can be physically moved as normal, but nothing happens, presumably because pilot pressure is disabled. This is the part that I remembered correctly.

A bit to my surprise, with the safety lever up the blade up/down and angle are fully functional, as is the boom swing function. I vaguely remember that the blade still works, but didn't know/remember about the boom swing.

Regardless, trying these functions with the safety lever up seems like a good way to quickly distinguish between a total loss of hydraulics, and a failure that is isolated to the pilot hydraulics or its controls.

On my KX080-4, all controls physically move, but do nothing when the safety lever is up.

I had sporadic use of some of my movements with the armrest up, but after I took that switch apart and cleaned it hoping to find the problem which it was not . I have no movements now with the armrest up.
