Kubota L3400DT Hydraulic problem.

This is the first I've heard of this. And unfortunatally, I cant help much. I am of the same beliefs that gordon is. The hydro pump is driven by the engine , so that alone shouldnt affect the trans. And likewise, with the loader valve in neutral, there shouldnt be ANY back pressure on ANY of the pumps. Cause the loader valve, being closed, should isolate everything to JUST the FEL???

Puzzling for sure. I hope you get it figured out.

PS, how is the clutch adjustment??

I have checked the clutch adjustment. It is per spec. I believe there is a pump in the transmission that is part of the basic tractor that is for the 3 pt lift. It is what I suspect is acting like a motor driven by a leak from the auxiliary pump for the loader. I may be wrong, but it looks like there is a pump in the transmission from a blowup of the transmission assembly. It is the only way I can figure out how the hydraulics are connected to the drive train through a leaking check valve.
