Kubota L3901 sluggish in 2nd gear

I have a Kubota L3901 with 136 hrs. It has become sluggish in 2nd gear and will not climb a hill. I changed the fuel filter, emptied the separator and cleaned, turned valve on to separator and getting good flow. The hydraulic oil is clear.

Other than cleaning the elbow at the fuel filter any other suggestions.

I would be tempted to check hydraulic fluid level, not sure if there is an adjust in the linkage of the hydrostatic pedal but that would come next.

I did check the hydraulic fluid level and it is where it should be. The fluid is also clear. There is no play in the pedal. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this a gear or HST transmission?

Is the engine bogging (losing rpm) when climbing the hill?
