The serious concern if tubed would be trapped fluid between the rim and tube.
Were it calcium you might need a new rim down the road due to extreme corrosion.
Other ballast fluids are less of a concern.

That is a tube, the tire is very heavy be careful.

Yep, that tire has a tube inside. You can tell by the valve stem retention nut. Tubeless tires have a valve stem with a grommet-like feature that fits the valve stem into the hole in the rim.

If the tube is punctured, you'll have an air leak around the valve stem. I'd move the tractor so the valve stem is on top, loosen the nut on the stem and see if you can detect an air leak. Since you normally don't fill rear tires with liquid completely to the top, chances are that the leak will be only air. If you are leaking air, you'll have to patch the tube. Best done at a tire shop if you don't have any experience with tractor tire repair. If you want to attempt the repair yourself, check YouTube for info on how to fix a rear tire without removing it from the tractor. I know that tire repairs on heavy earth moving equipment is done that way without removing the tire.

Good luck. And be careful if you decide to remove that rear wheel. It's heavy and awkward to handle.
