There ya go. A MFG should always treat its customers like it wants them to buy from them again and again. I thought I had narrowed my choice down to a B7800HSD but if Kubota is gonna treat its customers this way, then, I may end up on an Orange one but I am certainly going to rethink my decision. Deere or NH may get my money yet.

I have always gotten good service from my dealer and from dealing directly with Kubota when I had a question that needed an answer. I think that it would be wrong to judge the entire organization based on this one event. Even at that, we only have one side of the story and the original poster hasn't given us much more information about how it was finally resolved, that is, if it has been resolved. I doubt that he is sitting on his hands waiting and has done the repair to the machine so he can use it. I certainly would like some further details as to what has happened since he last posted on 9/30/03. I made the first supplemental post to the original after the original had languished for almost 2 weeks without anyone even noticing it... Then it mushroomed to 9 pages. The original poster made 3 posts after 2 months and all of those answered some of the questions that had been posted until that date. Nothing from the original poster since....
