Sure does. The top of the valve will be hex shaped, right hand threads, righty tighty left loosey.

Thanks again. Mine is the 1/4 turn left/right style. I'm going to see if I can't replace it with the newer style.

Common issue on Kubota's. You need to take the needle valve and actuator rod out of the hydraulic block and free it on the bench (or replaced it). My sop rule of thumb is... Every time I get in the tractor seat. I reach down and give the knob a turn one way or the other whether I have anything on the 3PH or not.

Don't worry about making a mess when removing the needle valve. All it does is control the bypass of fluid from the raising cylinders to the gearbox sump.

If it's a cabin tractor, there will be an access plate next to the knob. If it's an open station, the needle valve is accessible through the side fender or below the seat.
I just picked up a 2013 cab model, and the lowering speed knob just spins freely. Also the three point won't lower at all! I guess its the same fix?

No, the knob is secured to an actuator shaft that engages the needle valve. Either the roll pin that secures the knob is broken or the cotter pin that secures the shaft to the needle valve is broken. It should not spin freely. About 2 turns each way.
