Hey guys, hoping y'all can help so I can figure out next step. Something got messed up on the tractor when I cleaning up a down pine tree on my fence line. I think it is likely not going to get covered under warranty so I want to try and fix it myself. If there is significant(expensive) damage I may make a insurance claim unless it's possible Kubota will warranty it.
At first I pushed down and stomped what had snapped and fell on the fence. Than I tried to push down what was left standing. I briefly had the front wheels off the ground. I think what happened that caused damage was : The tractor forks slid off what I was pushing on, and got caught on another branch before the front wheels hit the ground.
Now I have lost 90+% of forward(retract lift cylinders) function on the joystick. I can still float and push the joystick forward to make the loader drop. Pulling back on the joystick(extend lift) seems to have full hydraulic pressure, but stops when the loader gets about six feet off the ground and will not go another inch. Doing multiple functions on joystick does not make any difference. Will not go past 6' and will not retract cylinders under pressure. When I push joystick forward the pump sounds as if it is deadheading immediately.
There are no visible obstructions preventing the loader from going to full height. The loader is still straight and is not racked as far as I can tell. What do you guys think is going on here?
