What are you calling "tractor alone"? No FEL, No loaded tires, no fuel, no wheel weights?As for the weights which I confused regarding tractors alone...Kubota 5100...Mahindra 7100 lbs

I may have missed it but once you get that 30 acres knocked down what else are you doing with the tractor? And why keep 30 acres in brush hogged condition? Are you going to be haying? That might need 70 hp.
A slightly smaller tractor in the 50-60HP range would cost less, weigh less, and may do everything you need for whatever you are going to do. And you could have $$$ left over for more implements.
