Thanks Guys, you sure cleared up a lot of unknowns for me. I'm somewhat knowledgeable in fluid flows, pressures, and tubing. I work with gas pressures up to 14,000 psig and various fluid types up to 6000 psig. My job is testing hardware for the space program, hence the moniker, Spaceman. Just not sure of all the details and terms for tractors.
Kenny, I guess I want a combination of PB and remotes, so now that you've cleared up the difference, I'll have to dream up a setup with a couple of two way valves. I don't have anything like a log splitter at the moment, but hope to in the future. In the near future, I would like to get a hydraulic top link that I can adjust depending on the implement.
John, you are so right regarding people who spend more learning as they go. I taught myself to fly RC airplanes and I gotta tell ya, that was expensive!
