Price Check Kubota price for used L5030hstc, 3830

What would be a good price for a L5030 with cab cd player and quick attach loader? 200hr. also L3830 300hr with la 7?? loader. I have the 3830, but come across a deal for the 5030 with cab. I do love the 3830 though and was not looking for the 5030.

I would say you take 10 to as much as 15% off the new price and ask that. The benefit where I live is the buyer saves on the sales tax. The drawback is they will always be slightly leary of the tractors treatment as well as the used up warranty. I should think $18500 to $19500 would be in the ballpark for my L3830 HST. I would price the implements seperately.

I was hopinging around 20,000. The L5030 Hstc was 22,500.

If you paid $5000 more than you can get for your tractor, it would be a steal for you. The 5030 cab is worth that much more alone. You would be getting a more expensive tractor, you would be getting a more powerful tractor, you would be getting a much more powerful loader, and you would have a tractor with less hours. I'd venture to guess that if you were to trade (this is assuming I have it right, and you don't have a cab on your 3830) at a dealership that you'd have to pay 10k to 15k in addition to your trade depending on the condition of the tractors. The cheapest I've seen a new L5030HSTC with the 853 loader is in the 30k to 31k range.

It is an individual that has the 5030. I was wondering if I bought it would I have trouble selling the 3830. I have a 509 bradco back hoe with it. Does any one know if the subframe from the 3838 would also fit the 5030?

Paid 28000 for a 5030 HSTC with 490 hrs on it this spring. I found it to be a good deal compared to what they sell for locally.

We opened a US dollar bank account and cross border shopped. Worked out to 32900 Cdn$ at the time, would be even better now, more like 31000 /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif . Brand new the local dealer wants 50,000$ Cdn$ for the same thing, used if one could find it would be 45-48k$ Cdn.

Ken, thanks, I am just glad to have an aquaintance from Canada. There you are right there and BC and Alberta are all I know. Well, the Yukon as well but to a lesser extent. The closest I have been to you is Camden, Maine. I am glad the L5030 is working out well.

We drove through Camden when we went down to look at the tractor! What a beautiful place with the water running under it. Lot of rich folk there now, hard to even get near the water outside of town!
