Good grief, that response from Kubota does look like wheel lug nuts...I saw "wheel mounting screw" (singular) and assumed they were referring to the axle nut... I specifically asked about a technical service bulletin on the axle torque...I'da thought they'd look for related service bulletins... 
On a related subject, how do you guys measure 140 ft lbs of torque? I don't have a torque wrench that goes that high, and most of the wrenches I see go to ~150. Do you just torque it to the max and assume it's accurate at the end of its scale?
