I purchased a new Kubota
B2320 in September of this year. Along with the tractor and loader, I purchased a B2733A quick hitch, BX2763A hydraulic angle front blade, BX2750D snow blower, B2734 mid PTO kit, and BX2735 front half PTO. After telling the dealer to go ahead with the deal, he called and told me that he had the tractor and loader, but the other items would were on order. I was told that they would be delivered to the dealer on November 1st. I questioned the snow equipment not being immediately available, worried that it may be on back order and I would not get it this snow season. I was assured that I would come in and that I would have it by the first snow this season so that I can use it for snow removal.
Last week I called the dealer and asked if the rest of my equipment had come in yet. I was told no, it had not. When I pressed them for an idea as to when it would come in, I was told that they hoped soon. I called other dealers in my state and asked about blowers and quick hitches today and was told that they might see some in January, but they were not even sure that they would get them for this season. I am now kind of frustrated because I have bought and paid for the whole package already, as my dealer to me this is how they had to do it.
What have people heard about availability of these items? Any suggestions about how to handle this with my dealer? If I knew I could not get a blower this winter, I would have not purchased the tractor yet.
