Found another one!
2004 L2800 1500hrs, got them down from 10,500 to 9k out the door.
Yes, it's from a rental place but they say they do service every 250hrs?
It's rough but it's all I need.
No R4's but not bad for homeowner use. No quick connect bucket but may add 3rd function down the line.
Compared to B7800 I saw for same price this have bigger frame and more lift.
Thoughts?
Can't believe how many tractors I've seen and drove and the prices are insane for used!
Was going to look at a 2006 Case Dx31 2500hrs with FEL for 13k but 9k is in my budget.
Thoughts on this from rental place?
There also one on Tractor Eq for 12,500 plus delivery for 1200. Yikes!

Sent video and ran well, 3 point was smooth but operator didn't lift the tractor with the bucket but it moved good but jerky. No smoke and sounded pretty good. Looks ugly but 1500hrs think I should be ok.

I've made my comments over on OTT...

Any chance to post the video of it running on youtube and link it here?

Should be fine but are you able to work on the tractor if something goes wrong?

Getting a dealer to work/fix something and you'll be far behind, money wise.

Are you going to test drive this one?

L2800 are good machines and have been around for years- this one looks decent - fading wheel paint but thats expected. The rental machines are usually serviced well, with the only downside is a lot of different users over the years.

Saw ur comments on OTT thanks! Going to test it tomorrow.
Will try the you tube thing.
I'm handy and work on all my own stuff so as long as this forum is here I think I can handle most issues, just don't want to buy a lemon.

Why do u say that? Called me back and said it's ready, inspection just done late today. Changed the belt is all it needed.

Don't know why Thomas said that.

But listening to the video, seems "noisy" IMO - but that could be just the video and location. It's worth a good look and test drive, lift the front axle, and let it sit, does it stay lifted up? Then no leaks, or odd engine sounds at all RPMs, then drive line no slippage etc.
