L3010 Leak at allen screw on transmission

There is a small allen set screw on the bottom of the transmission. This screw seems to have a small hole drilled in it. I do not know if it is supposed to have this hole or not. But it is weeping what apprears to be hydraulic oil, not much, but will leave a quarter size stain on the shop floor over the corse of a week. like I said not much, but i CANT stand leaks.

I tried to tighten this allen screw but it was tight, that is when i noticed the hole in the center of the screw. what is tis allen screw for and why would it have a hole in it?

The only thing that I have under mine is a six point plug with a hole. It is to drain water from the clutch housing. Of course mine is a manual tranny.

I have the hydrostatic transmission, I would guess this allen screw / bolt to be about 1/4" do you think it is a water drain plug?

I have a GST L3710, but I looked anyway for you. Unfortunately, I don't see anything like you described. Just the weep hole with pin in the bell housing and the big trans/hydro drain plugs.
