I recently traded my B2920 in on an L3200, and moved my LED work lights over from the old tractor to the new one.

Here's my original thread on the B2920 light mounting:

Because I used bullet and blade connectors, and had all wiring organized within split loom tubing, it was very easy to pull the lights off the B2920 -- took about a minute to clip the zip ties and unplug from the factory light harness in the right fender, and another minute to unbolt the lights.

On the L3200, the factory work light connection goes to the opposite fender, the left, so I switched sides. I used a similar method to mount the forward facing light, using the threaded boss welded to the front of the left ROPS upright:

For the rear facing light, I mounted to the bracket that normally holds the safety triangle:

On the B2920, I was able to put rocker switches in the blank panel on the fender (for backhoe or rear remote controls). In the case of the L3200, there wasn't any such panel, and no good place to mount switches. After thinking over some options, I decided to just use a 4x4x2" marine electrical box. That was mounted under the toolbox cross bracket behind the seat. Switches go on the front (where they are easy to reach from the seat) and wiring looms for the lights and supply power come in through the bottom:

The lights work great as before, though the added height of the L3200 definitely widens the usable beam as it hits the ground (especially so for the rear light) compared to the B2920. In addition, I get less glare off the front light into my peripheral vision, since the ROPS is wider on the L3200.

I had to make no changes to the wiring, other than to bunch up some slack inside the electrical box. So this was pretty much plug and play installation. Who knows, if I ever move on to a third Kubota, I can probably reuse the lights yet again!

Nice job. I mounted my front facing lights in the same spot.

You have done a nice job, I like your switch solution.
