L3240/3540 Operating temps

Quick question for L 3240 and 3540 owners, cabs especially... How many bars does your temp indicator show during regular usage right now in the cold weather...I used to only see three, but got to 4 bars running higher rpms moving snow the other day. Just curious to your machines habits.

L3940, no cab. 0F moving snow (after long warm up and some work) or 95F mowing, 4 solid bars, no more, no less. Philip.

We get 4 bars within 15-20 minutes of normal running, in 30-50 degree weather.

Never got more than for bars-- after warm up---no matter what I do?

Thanks, she never went above 4, and would cool to three at idle... I guess I was just easier on it before doing yard chores than pushing snow off the road at 2500rpm...
