The L3600 GST is a good tractor. Have one in the shop for oil leak now. neighbor asked for me to check why he lost all Hydraulic oil overnight 7.5 gal.
Found the 4 Whl. shaft to front end the cause due to bushing into transmission had slipped forward 1 inch allowing the oil pass thru seal. But the Front End housing was cause the problem.
The axle Front end case boss and bracket had close to 1/2 inch play where supposed to be friction fit. .025 mm So a total front housing and Bosses all because never adjusted the rocking force .
This wasn't Kubota's problem just not reading the book and checking areas suggested to check.

Yikes! What do you mean by adjusting the rocking force?

Here are pics of my bucket level indicator. When that little "crook" settles in the bracket, it's level. It really makes an operator out of you.

Check the area where the front axle pivots to frame and front center is a boss with bolt tightness held by nut.
To adjust tighten bolt so snug then back off 1/8th. turn and tighten nut again.

Need to take weight off front end to get good adjustment.

Also look for the grease zerk and keep lubricated.

Thanks for the pics. I need one of these!

It works brilliantly, and should be easy enough to fab up. My New Holland 1925 had a rod that slid in a tube, but this design with the "crook" is much better.

Bucket Level Indicator

I made a quick sketch of my bucket level indicator rod. It might make it easier to make yours, I neglected to note that it "droops" about 4" after the "crook" to follow along the angle of the loader arm. You may want to make a wire model to adapt the dimensions to your loader, but starting with some dimensions is easier than starting with no dimensions.
