The dump circuit on the economy model Ls only have regen dump. No power dump like you would expect. Read up on regen & it's odd effects on 3rd functions and/or put the diverter on the lift circuit.
Good point.. Just put it on the lift circuit, and problem solved. I wish when I had bought my L3400 I had realized all the differences between a "standard" L and a "grand" L. I had always heard "just bells and whistles" Which I guess means "oh, just a bunch of stupid unimportant stuff".. BS. There are tremendous corners cut to achieve a price point in the "standard" L series as well as the "economy" lines of tractors in most brands. You really do get what you pay for when you step up and buy up. Sure the economy models fit budgets better, and depending on what you want to do with your tractor, but most people (like me) get a tractor and then they want more and more functionality. And with the economy tractors, you start adding and adding to get more functionality and it "adds up". Like my SSQA fiasco, with adding it to my L3400. There is a reason that economy models don't measure up to more deluxe models and it is not a bunch of stupid bells and whistles what ever the heck that means.
