Back to the tires. Those are large! Did you have interference problems with them? Could you (ie, me maybe) have gone with a smaller size XM27, and if so, it there a front XM27 that would have matched properly?
A shot of the 24' trailer loaded with the stuff I used on a job I finished Friday. Right to left: Old beat up box scraper (you can just see the loader forks sticking out from under it), the Danuser digger with 30"/18" auger on it, tiller on the back of the tractor.
Not strictly an L4310 enhancement, but a major improvement in my Agric tiller. A Landpride scarifier bar hacked up and welded to the front of the tiller. No more bouncing around on hard ground. It rolls big rocks up before they tear the tiller up. It breaks up really hard ground first so the tiller can chew it up.
Glenn - Probably. If you find out the front to rear 4wd ratio for your tractor, I can tell you for sure. There's a 16.9LR24 rear tire that's the same rolling circumference, but a couple inches narrower. If you want to go with a tire that's not as big around, there's a 14.9R24, but there's a problem - there's no XM27 smaller than the fronts I'm using, the 11LR16's. You could always go with a different kind of front tire, of course...
